The KidSource Child Id Program is set to begin at the start of the 2008 School year. We are currently looking for schools and daycares to participate in our program of Child Identification and Safety. Schools and day cares can feel confident that we offer student and parents the most comprehensive identification program to date. Although we do charge a small kit fee of $12.50 per kit, Make no mistake this is not that same free kit that is handed out at fairs and public events. This complete kit includes a DNA swab for at home use, a 4 x 6 photograph taken on location and sent home in the kit, as well as customized fingerprinting space and a small safety education presentation. We also offer printed resources for parents on how to talk to children about safety.

What Makes KidSource Id Different?

     Our company believes that no one should swab your children for DNA besides parents or guardians, because this information should never be stored in any central location. In our technologically advanced society DNA can link people with many sorts of events and it is defiantly safer is DNA is kept just as private and secure as social security numbers. A matter of fact both DNA and SS# should pertain to the same rule of not being given out unless absolutely necessary.

     Our program is a complete and comprehensive kit including all the necessary information in the event that a child becomes missing.

     We promise to always hand pick and toughly screen all employees for any past crimes. We believe that schools and Daycares should be safe places where children can learn and thrive and thus we take one step further in that protection by screening and background checking anyone ever applies to work for our company.

     We are very thankful to the schools and daycares that allow us to reach and provide protection to students and their families, so we always strive to give back. At each and every school and daycare that carries our program we contribute back 10% of all school sales as a donation to that school.
